I don't understand the point of paying big $ to analysts. The networks have a captive audience who are gonna watch the game regardless. I've never shut a game off because I found an announcer dull (Troy) or annoying (Romo).

Maybe I'm unique but I've never watched or not watched a game because of the analysts doing the game. I think most football fans would agree.
