Dak was definitely an issue but to me Moore is the bigger issue after watching that.I mostly agree but i think you're absolving Dak too much. Warner pointed out a lot of very basic stuff that Dak isn't doing. Things like reading the coverage outside in, reading the hot routes on blitzes, backpeddling to buy enough time for a play to develop, getting the ball out confidently without hesitation, etc.
All of that is on the QB and not the play design.
Now if you want to say Dak's coaching has failed him if he's failing to do such basic things, you may be right. But i can't imagine no one's ever told him these things. Maybe old habits just die hard.
You are literally never going to do anything as an offense if you're consistently giving up pressure against 4 man rushes while not being able to run against 7 men dropping into coverage at the same time. That will never win in the NFL and Moore had weeks, if not months to figure out how to attack those looks and failed to do so in either the running game or passing game.
Shit, in that Warner video we ran the same fucking play 3 times in a row, the 49ers showed the first time they knew exactly how to defend it and we never changed anything up.
My main issues with Dak is that he seems to pre-determine which side of the field he's going to read and his footwork in the pocket seems to have regressed (maybe the calf, maybe still the 2020 injury, who knows) and he has to get better there.
But Moore and the overall offensive design is giving us no chance on a significant number of plays before they even start.
