I'd say that Twitter Parody Stephen Jones is more insightful than the real thing.

Quinn and the defensive players have to have a "come to Jesus" moment and realize that what they're doing isn't sustainable long-term. They need to rededicate themselves to stopping the run and playing more disciplined, gap sound football.

This freestyling aggressive upfield stuff has it's place, but not on 2nd and 7. On 3rd and 7+ or 2nd and 12+, unleash the hounds, but they have to be honest with themselves and realize that they went way too far towards the pass rush to the detriment of stopping the run and teams are really starting to take advantage of it.

You have to stop the run if you want to rush the passer and that has to be the message from now through the rest of the year.

Quinn went from 28-3 to 28-14, that’s an improvement.

On a run in pro set one guy has to lead block for the other (which is silly with these two) or go out into a pass pattern which no defense is going to seriously respect outside of a draw.

IOW, play selection is limited when you have both in at RB, wide open when you have just one.

Play selection variety is optimal with Zeke since he can catch, pass-block, or run

The 13 personnel seems pretty effective and they should probably be doing more of it.
Of course, because then Dak "TE" Prescott has three fricking TE's to throw to.

I think it's probably more because they have more depth of talent at TE than WR (which is absurd but probably true) and because you have a lot of options in that formation including both run and pass.

Turned on good ole AM sports radio talk to see what’s going on the wide world of sports.

Lo and behold, it’s Tad Prescott listing his Top 9 QBs, placing brother Dak ahead of Lamar Jackson and Justin Herbert.

The TEs have played well, no sense riding Zeke and the mediocre WRs any more than they have to.

We're 0-1 since we started coveting this diva WR who probably won't even be right until 2023.
