Yeah, no need to get him better players to work with. Quinn will do his magic with or without more talent. You'll see.
I mean Quinn did so well without talent in Atlanta. I'm sure he can do the same here. Especially with some of those Atlanta guys here.

They are doing the same thing that they did with Marinelli...expecting the coaching to overcome the bad talent.

"Bad talent" means the GM didn't do his job, and since that's heresy in Big D, the coaches must go under the bus.

It's not ideal, but the right coaches - like Parcells in 2003 - can do it.

I don't think Quinn is that guy.

That's the thing.

The difference between a good GM and a bad GM isn't that a good GM doesn't make mistakes.

It's just that a good GM recognizes and fixes his mistakes.

Exactly my point. I was using heavy sarcasm in my post, but these fuckers truly believe that they can just wish a unicorn to be real and suddenly a bright rainbow appears and a fucking unicorn falls out of the sky.

The GM has to know in the hell he is doing to be able to do that, Geng. A bit unfair of you, don't you think?
