Relatively speaking.

Like, there's a bigger disparity between NDSU's talent and the teams they're playing than Alabama's and the teams they're playing.

I point more to the talent that Mac Jones is throwing to.

He's actually got a better offense than a half dozen NFL teams.

That said, the SEC defenses are a bit overrated.

This guy could be really good with a top OL, I could also see him getting completely smashed and ruined if he has an average or worse OL because he doesn't seem like the most sturdy guy physically.

Unfortunately the Jets OL isn't especially impressive.

I have read several observations where when people went to study his film, they realized he had a kickass OL.

Brady Christensen is one of them and he blew up his workout as well.

Yea I noticed that too watching a few of their games, their run game was awesome and a good amount of his throws were very comfortable and within a creative design.

I like him more than Fields but there's a decent chance he busts. Their competition was shit also and he was very mediocre the year before.

There are also the silver spoon things about him and how he is as a leader.

I liked that he put on a little weight. I don't like that he never played top competition. Hard to find footage of him seriously pressured let alone thriving under those conditions.

Curious to know more. Wilson seems to have more arm strength, but I’m not sure I see the creativity in setting up passes that Romo had.

Romo played point guard in basketball too, and he showed a lot of the same creativity as a QB that point natural guards have.

He needed it in football IMO to make up for his lack of physical gifts.

There's been some smoke since the trade that it might be for Mac Jones, which wouldn't completely shock me. He probably has better pocket presence and accuracy than Fields/Lance right now, although part of that could just be that he's further along the development curve.

If he does, I'd be all in for trading up for the guy in the second to the late first.
