Jaelan Phillips just ran a 4.56, which you have to grade on a curve of course, but he'd definitely be one of my trade up targets in the 25ish range, along with a solid 5-7 others.

His issue is that he was considering retiring from football due to head injuries. That has to factor in somehow.

True, but if he put up 3 seasons like last season and timed like that he'd be a top 10 pick for sure, I'm willing to take that risk in the 25-30 range.

I'd still be happy with Rousseau at 10 but given that it seems he can be had in that 20ish range I'd pass and look real hard at moving up if he's still there in the 20's.

There's a long list of guys I'd move up for (Phillips, Rousseau, Barmore, Moehrig, Zaven Collins, Ojulari, Owusu-Koramoah).

I want guys who love football. It's a red flag the team just has to look into and see what happened and why. It's something as fans we will never know until years later.

I'm good with those if they were at the combine. But I'm not very trusting of 40 times. If that's a 4.8 at the combine which is almost always slower, I don't feel as good.
