This bothers me about Werner. He would be a perfect Sean Lee replacement.

I distinctly remember this because I was home sick and watched it. Since then, I stayed home from school or work to watch it.

I couldn't remember off the top of my head so I looked up who we drafted in that 1980 draft.

It's no wonder I couldn't remember.

It was one of the worst drafts in franchise history. Tim Newsome was probably the only player that was remotely useful (Hogeboom was also in that draft but he was awful).

Anyone know why we didn't have a 1st or 2nd rounder that year?

Friggin rich town kids with cable. ~spits~

The first time I had cable was in 1990 when I was 20.

The first draft I ever watched, and the first pick I ever saw was Emmitt Smith.

That was the first year I started looking into the draft. I knew we traded up to get Dorsett in 1977 but I wasn't in tune with how it all worked. Brandt fleeced teams in the 1970s but by the 1980s everyone else caught up.

This was the first draft booze watched. The first I watched we got Emmitt.

Pretty clear evidence of who is the better fan, I’d say.
