He could ‘dig in’ when he was passionate about his position, but I’m guilty of that too. I’ll always respect that he brought info to support what he believed.

Like I said, Bell is a really good blocker, Schultz as far as I can tell isn't especially good at anything, so I'd rather use Bell as a 6th OL effectively, especially while Collins is out, than have Schultz out there playing like shit as a receiver and blocker.
