He does seem to be a better fit for the NFL. He's not a bad college coach....I actually think he's still one of the better coaches in CFB....but I think he's reached his peak in CFB. He's not good enough to compete with top 5 programs.
I don't know why he'd want to go the the NFL though. He can make all the money where he's at and the pressure is less imo.

The pitchforks are out in full force in Michigan. They brought him onboard to beat Ohio State and other top rivals. He's failed miserably in that department.

If he does choose to stay at the college level he'd probably be better served to go to a program that's competitive but has tempered expectations. A program like Iowa where a 10-3 season isn't viewed as a disappointment.

Yeah he doesn't have the long leash at a program like Michigan that Ferentz is given at Iowa. I think he would make a better professional coach than college coach though. Plus if he fails in the pros he will have a college job available to him.

Anyone stay up to watch Notre Dame vs Clemson? That was a fun game. Notre Dame looks legit this year....especially in the trenches. Their DL pretty much made Etienne a nonfactor in the run game. And the OL and the RBs did a fantastic job stonewalling practically every blitz Venables dialed up.

Also, I love their freshman TE Michael Mayer. That kid balled out. He has great speed and size. He looked like he could be playing in the NFL right now. 3 years from now he's going to be the first TE off the board. He looks like the next Travis Kelce.

I won’t be playing. Or watching. Tennessee is playing horrible, gutless, embarrassing football. Completely collapsing each second half. Offense is pathetic. Watching Tennessee’s QB is like watching porn hub on dial up. Constantly buffering and unable to process. Defense leaves the middle of the field wide open.

The 1990’s were my peak as a football fan - and I was too young to appreciate it. Every team I root for has been a dumpster fire. Formerly Dallas and of course the shit ass Vols.

And since they just signed Pruitt to an extension, I can’t even get into any Grumors.

Congrats on a good season. Hope you sneak into the CFP (I don’t see Alabama losing twice). A&M hasn’t been in the sec long enough for me to really dislike them. But I do know I hate Florida and Georgia so anything that keeps them out I’m good with.

I can’t watch any more games that Jarrett guarantano starts. He is so so bad. Guys will flash open but he won’t pull the trigger. They have to be wide fkn open and then he’ll still throw an inaccurate pass. It is more frustrating than watching Quincy carter.

Some people speculating the football season might be squashed here soon. Texas A&M just suspended practice (but they basically have a bye week coming up anyways ). Mississippi Auburn game postponed. Arkansas head coach Sam Pittman tested positive, and he was hugging some Tennessee players he recruited/coached so they'll likely miss time.

Imagine shutting the football season because it’s during cold and flu season.

America is so retarded

Yeah and imagine why there is such a reaction to a virus that supersedes how many are injured on a team each year and cannot play. I think their risk to a viral infection is pale compared to the risk of knee joint and tendon tears. It’s insane how reality has departed over the issue which is much like the flu bug.

It feels good to see others miserable. I feel so close to you right now.

Good Lord, Michigan is freaking terrible.

It's definitely time for Harbaugh to go. This is year 6 and these are all his recruits. There are no more excuses.

The Wolverines have flat out quit. They look worse than the Cowboys did a month ago.

Trust me, we’re not happy with Harbaugh and haven’t been for a few years. The team has quit on him. We want him fired NOW. He’s run this team right into the ground. Fuck him.
