It's less than they will give up to move up for Trubisky. He said regardless of skill, if you're the first QB getting taken than the precedent has been set for a trade. RG3, Wentz and Goff all say they give up multiple 1's and 2's.

For a QB who has never won more than like 5 games in a season it's downright painful. I don't see it with Bortles. He just isn't good.
