How do you let a bunch of probably 30-something Ivy League types talk you out of hiring Bill Belichick?
I'm sure Bill Walsh (gag) was right about GMs and other execs blaming everything on the head coach to protect their own jobs. That's only human nature, I guess, but how can such a successful person not see through that?
