So, what if the toes touch, and he is hit and his toes come off the ground on his way out of bounds and then his heel hits? It's a stupid rule. If you get toes down it should count.

In other words, if his toes had come down inbounds and then his legs would have gone up in the air as if they were taken out from under him, and his foot never again hits the ground, then it would be a TD.

But if that entire foot makes contact with the ground, then it doesn't matter if the front part came down inbounds first.... The entire foot then has to come down inbounds.
