Gonna get a Jalapeño Pepperjack cheeseburger today in @Sheik's honor.

I've never heard much good about Rib Crib either, and never tried it myself. There have to be a couple good local hole-in-the-wall type BBQ places around, though.
That's my go-to burger at Braum's.

Yeah, went and saw all the stuff in the sticks, I now realize me and my entire family are basically gross suburbanites.

We will now just pick our acre, in the high growth development, and build.

We are not ready to have that "forever home".

Yep, it's going to create a big advantage soon for those who have cash in hand to be able to purchase property.
That is what I am hopeful for. If I can pocket what I want with my current asking price, I will be able to pretty completely much outright buy a smaller home than we currently have. A lot of the properties around here are building on new acreage that you can get into for around 330K on the high end.

I was going to ask you about how much acreage and what size of house can you buy for x amount of money where you are, but I didn't want to seem like I was trying to get in your business too much. I'm kind of old school in that way. But I was curious because I'm looking to do something similar, though more in Sheik's neighborhood.

Alright. I got a hippy on a scooter twirling around in front of the Halloween display.

I gotta get out of here.

I read that as twerking at first glance

So we are getting more serious and went and viewed two houses.

We had to be out while our's was being viewed by some person that according to my agent, was primarily interested because of the direction to the sun which my house faces. That means the potential buyer is Indian. Which makes the second one from this particular agent who seems to specialize with that clientele.

Anyways, the first house we saw was such a disappointment. Overall, it was attractive mainly because it was interesting. It had an unfinished attic and also a very large functional garage structure with AC which could be useful.

I am going to be a judgey asshole here but these motherfuckers were nasty. I am sorry, if I know my home is being viewed, I clean up the goddamn dirty dishes in the sink. Not these people.

And...they pulled up a few minutes before the viewing, got out of their car and got into a camper they have parked in the backyard.

So that basically means they were spying on us.

The second house was pretty damn nice for the price-point and the overall aesthetics.

It just would be harder to move if we decided to get out soon.

The whole issue is I have to sell my house to get in the next one.

I better start lighting some incense and bring an Indian vibe to the decor, I guess.

Oh shit, I just got an alert that told me about the feedback from a visit today.

Now my selling agent is like OMG I am gonna so text them tomorrow!!

It might be on and I am freaking outside inside.

Everything is contingent on sale and now I have to worry about what we want versus what might be the easiest to move in the future.

I hate it when people are not properly prepared to buy a home. Get your finances together, goddammit.
