Just look at uncalled holds guys are doing on Parsons.Wait until one of these BS roughing penalties affects the Cowboys. This board will implode.

Fucking ref standing right there watching, no flag for holding. He should immediately be fired.

You want your QB to trust their protection and be looking down field at the snap. If he's looking at the rush and worried about where they are coming from, they have already won the down, whether they get there or not.To be fair Cooper Rush should see or feel that too. There were a couple of hits that it was like he had no idea they were coming against the Rams.
We had our own BS roughing penalty this past game. It wasn't as obvious as these other two, but was still BS just the same.Wait until one of these BS roughing penalties affects the Cowboys. This board will implode.
I mean yes, I want my QB to know where pressure is in front of him. A lot of QBs are able to keep their eyes down field and still know when or where pressure is coming from. Obviously scrambling isn't Cooper Rushes strength and sometimes a defender is in a blind spot. But a QB should know who is blitzing and be prepared for it. Hell half the time a guy blitzes like that it is exactly where you should be throwing the ball to. Brady is masterful at exploiting that type of thing. You want your QB to trust their protection and be looking down field at the snap. Is there a Dlineman that we can actually complain about? I think I've seen moments from all these guys. It's a good feeling.Trysten Hill has been okay when he’s been in there. I’m pretty surprised.
He’s no Willie Blade, though.
I don’t think so. About the only player I can think of that has been less than great is LVE, and even he’s been having a better year than he’s had in a while. Really not much to complain about on defense. Is there a Dlineman that we can actually complain about? I think I've seen moments from all these guys. It's a good feeling.
Playing for that next contract. LVE says neck be damned.I don’t think so. About the only player I can think of that has been less than great is LVE, and even he’s been having a better year than he’s had in a while. Really not much to complain about on defense.
True, but some QBs have an innate internal sensor when pressure is coming without taking their eyes from down the field. Romo was a genius at it. But some QBs don't have that. Rush does not.You want your QB to trust their protection and be looking down field at the snap. Fair point. We had our own BS roughing penalty this past game. It wasn't as obvious as these other two, but was still BS just the same.
I hope he continues to play well. He is a player that I'm letting go in the offseason in favor of guys like Clark hopefully. And the better LVE plays, the better comp pick we can maybe get for him when he leaves.Playing for that next contract. LVE says neck be damned.
I kind of forgot about it honestly. But yeah, it seems like there was probably a lot of this going on by officials. The NFL when they try to emphasize something really fucks it up in my opinion. It's like the officials feel like they have to find a reason to call that penalty to keep their boss happy. Which ends up with phantom calls. We had our own BS roughing penalty this past game. The only complaint I have is the fact the Dorance Armstrong doesn't already have 32 sacks and 7 blocked kicks. And, to be fair, I probably went into the season with too high of expectations from the GOAT. Amirite, Booze?I don’t think so. It's all cyclical. One year they focus on late hits. The next, pass interference. Then roughing. It goes on until they find something else to focus on. Kinda like a 4 yr old with ADHD.I kind of forgot about it honestly. But yeah, it seems like there was probably a lot of this going on by officials. He's started slow but he'll pick it upThe only complaint I have is the fact the Dorance Armstrong doesn't already have 32 sacks and 7 blocked kicks. And, to be fair, I probably went into the season with too high of expectations from the GOAT. Amirite, Booze?
I don’t have a huge issue with the guy, but there’s no denying he’s not the same player after the neck injury. Nice to have a couple other guys waiting in the wings who are more athletic and much faster than LVE.I hope he continues to play well. He is a player that I'm letting go in the offseason in favor of guys like Clark hopefully. And the better LVE plays, the better comp pick we can maybe get for him when he leaves.
I still have high hopes for him. He just needs to step it up.He's started slow but he'll pick it up
I bet Booze has one of those Armstrong FatHeads in his living room. The only complaint I have is the fact the Dorance Armstrong doesn't already have 32 sacks and 7 blocked kicks. And, to be fair, I probably went into the season with too high of expectations from the GOAT. Amirite, Booze?
