I know Josh Allen is a big dude but at some point those hits are going to add up. They have the dude taking a lot of hits running for 4 or 5 yard gains.
I agree he has to learn to pick his moments. This year teams are expecting that shat.

The big picture requires they have a healthy QB making plays late in the season.

This is where losing Daboll may make its biggest impact.

Yep, if they're smart they'll cut that out. Everyone thought Cam Newton could run as much as he wanted because he was so big, but that didn't stop him from getting beat up.

Reminds me a little of Cam Newton early in his career. He was a big dude and could run people over. But even big guys can only take so many shots before it adds up. Especially when you're asking the guy to turn around and throw the football after trying to lower that shoulder into a pile of guys.

I agree with wanting to go more ground heavy, and once Gallup comes back we should have a fine WR corps, but to kind of tie everything together they should've re-invested some of those savings in the defense.

If Stephen could've picked a few more pennies out of his ass to pay Miller about $3-4 million/year more than Gregory I honestly believe that we'd have the best defense in the league this year.

And I agree with Collingsworth that Miller ahs also had an influence on the rest of the Bills defense.

That and of course their re-signing Jordan Phillips. He was a beast last night.

Yea, no shit.

Parsons, Miller and Lawrence, supplemented by guys like Fowler, Williams, Armstrong and Basham would have been an unstoppable rotation. With the ballhawks we have in the secondary I truly believe they would've had 2013 Seahawks/2015 Broncos type potential.

But Stephen has his budget and that comes first above all, including winning.

Stephen has no vision and almost certainly was shocked by the asking price.

Just like with Brady in 2020, sometimes you have to go after an all-timer and damn your future plans.

I'm sure senile Jerry would have been on board. Stephen's conservative ass is dragging us down from his high point in drafting Martin over Manziel.
