Now let's teach them how babies are made.

Then we can teach them the steps needed to ensure they don't get pregnant and the repurcussions in case they choose not to follow those steps.

I can get behind the exception for rape, but not incest if the incest was consensual. If it isn't then it falls into the rape category and is covered regardless.

And that is fine, provided there is enough assistance for the child to have that “chance” which means being prepared for the volume of unwanted children.
