It's funny because it's true.
I don't know her but just by reading that comment she immediately strikes me as someone who refers to sports as "sportsball" and someone who blames video games and music for all of society's problems.I hate the world in 2021.
Well said. This is definitely one of those “lose a piece of yourself,” deaths. Troy Aikman said in the documentary “All Madden,” that just aired over the weekend that John Madden and Pat Summerall narrated his career.
By the same token they narrated part of my childhood. I grew up listening to those guys call every big game for Dallas. I was like 10 years old.
That's good shit
Really? Madden was on there? I had one and didn't even know that.I remember the game before it went console. Had it on the Commodore 64.

Also, assuming that's not a parody account... Dr Andrew McGregor can kindly go fuck himself sideways.
I can 100% hear his voice when I read that.I always think of him after the Harper slant vs the Niners and how pumped he got. Pat was a little casual and saying it wasn't over yet and Madden goes, "I don't know Pat, that was a big big play."
At least they are getting ratio'ed to hell and back. How about this happy horseshit?
I'll forever memorize that call in my mind:I can 100% hear his voice when I read that.
Was that Costas? Cricke?Well said.
I honestly can't recall who NBC's top team was back in the 1990s. Madden and Summerall dwarfed them all.
Dick Engberg and Bob Trumpy I think. Was that Costas? Cricke?
Wasn't it Dick Enberg and the old Bungles TE? Blanking on his name right now.Was that Costas? Cricke?
