And on certain vaccines that makes sense. On this one, not so much.
so how to determine which ones "make sense"? And Im not trying to be a smartass. That seems to me like a possible pandora's box of subjective interpretation.

I'd say because this is still an experimental vaccine with emergency use approval only

Get the death rate over 1% and then we can start talking about it.

If anything the death rate is over exaggerated. Imagine the number of people exposed who never go to a doctor to test.
Or the ones that were counted as Covid deaths that were actually car accidents or heart attacks and they just so happen to also test positive.

I'm convinced if you blanket test everyone the rates of positive tests would be way higher. Thus plummeting the death rate. Too many with minor to no symptoms. Honestly most people have been sick at some point but we don't all run out and get tested from a cough.

One helluvalot more contagious. Like a fucking wildfire
And a little bit less predictible, a bit more lethal, a lot less known...
But I mean they're both viruses so the same fucking thing I guess...

It's a minor virus that doesn't kill many people it infects. So, yeah, the same fucking thing.

Sure and it's not like polio either...
This is what people are missing in all of this hysteria. This kills very few people it infects. Polio could have easily wiped mankind of this planet. Not the fucking same.

COVID-19 is not associated with the highest case fatality rate compared with other emerging viral diseases such as SARS and Ebola, but the combination of a high reproduction number, superspreading events and a globally immunologically naïve population has led to the highest global number of deaths in the past 20 decade compared to any other pandemic.

You're comparing apples to oranges.

1. This has been politicized beyond belief, so you know the numbers aren't accurate

2. Tons of deaths attributed to Covid that actually were other things, mainly because of the money given to hospitals for Covid deaths (Trump's biggest mistake)

3. See number 1

4. If you still truly still think this is more deadly than SARS and Ebola, you're more of an idiot than I thought you were.

This is what they were thinking when it came out.

What it does have in common with polio is lingering effects sometimes.

Well I'd say theres no use trying to discuss with someone who will just ignore any information that does not support his own view, you've decided that the numbers aren't accurate, what are the accurate numbers?

And, "experts" have changed their minds more often during all this than my wife changes shoes.

No lingering effects has been proven and the effects that they think have been cause by this are miniscule per capita in the people that have contracted it.

Try again.
