I think that depends on how quickly you can nail the QB spot. It took us like 6 years to get to Romo after going through numerous trash QBs. If we can hit on a QB right away, I agree with you, but that is a big if.

They aren't and they wouldn't be. This is just retarded. Any idiot who watched the Cowboys last year could tell you the defense played a million times better in the second half of the season. Dak gets that all year long and we would be in the playoffs.
Watching him repeatedly shit the bed in the 2nd and 3rd quarters of games and massively underperform in critical games tells me otherwise. His leadership and intangibles are through the roof, but the overall production and wins just aren’t there. I don’t care if you think it’s “retarded”. The numbers tell a very damning story.
