The KKK hasn't been relevant in years. But yeah, tag them as a terrorist group. Frankly, I'm surprised they weren't 60-70 years ago, when they were actually out causing civil strife.

I can see where there might have been political blowback, at least behind closed doors, in the 50's and 60's if this were to happen, but it shouldn't have been a problem from the 70's on. Hell, it would have been a huge "win" for any President that pushed for it. Especially a Dem that depends on the black vote.
