There's just no reason to draft a CB at 17, if you want one so bad at the very least trade down and take Gladney or even Fulton or Diggs or whoever while adding another premium pick or two. I'm definitely not advocating this by the way since even if we do trade down I'd prefer guys like Gross-Matos, Baun, Winfield, Delpit, Epenesa, etc., but the point is if they're so infatuated with a CB in the first they should at the very least look to extract additional value before doing so.
After watching a bit of guys like Fulton and Gladney I just don't see the value in going Henderson at 17 as opposed to moving down for an additional pick and taking one of the other guys. Even if you have to take less value, say moving down 10 spots for just a 3rd, it's still better than just sitting at 17 and going CB.
Henderson looks like a guy who coaches fall in love with because he has elite athleticism but sloppy technique and a seeming lack of focus/awareness, and they think they can take that athleticism and mold it into an elite player, but ultimately it'll just leave people frustrated because he never lives up to the potential of his physical traits.
