The bigger point is that Lynch was the guy that the Dallas braintrust wanted, and Connor Cook was second. If you don’t understand the difference in my appreciation of Romo’s talent and how I say would deal with a player that wants to hold up the Owner and potentially jeopardizes the teams ability financially to field better players I guess I can’t convey it enough but that player would have to prove to me I was not going to regret my decision later for being stuck with a player who I paid handsomely under duress and was getting nothing back. The only way they can give back is to go deep into post season. My regard for Romo is simply an admiration for the guys ability to walk on the squad and leave with virtually all the records a QB can hold. It not about anything else with him.

Wins and losses is a team stat. And playoffs I used as a barometer for a high paid QB pay Bach the owner for their high payroll. Because you really don’t need a high paid QB if the team goes nowhere.
