Ugh I didn't want him back. But I guess it makes LBer a minimal need.
No. I would still pick a guy at some point. There is simply not enough there to deal with a Vander Esch exploding neck, a Smith continued regression and a short-timer in Lee.

Our depth is terrible.

Learn to read, NoDick.

Oh, that's right. You only pay attention to certain people's posts when you want to troll.

Carry on.
Who's trolling? That's a legitimate question. I thought you had come out with some long post a while back stating you had lost interest in football. Maybe I have you mixed up with someone else? I figured it was right since you don't post much anymore.

But carry on with the childish over reactions and lame attempts at being insulting over a name change. I find that amusing, too.

Eh depth is one thing. Drafting another LBer in the first or second rou d is a different one.

Basically fix the goddamn Dline and maybe that shit depth looks a little better.

Just one more dumb decision in a long list:
  1. Antonio Brown
  2. Firing their good defensive line coach for Old Man River
  3. Making Mariota their top free agent priority
  4. Signing Witten
  5. Now signing Collins
Burning it down almost as bad as the Texans.
Add Heath to that sad list

The only problem is you have to actually do something with that money. Like spend it to bring in legit players.

I wonder if Jerry and Stephen are doing their yearly cruise right now like they have in the past.
Trust me. They would be. Corona put some stank on that.

If they have a plan to come out hard in FA, they can do damage. There is talent out there.
Now is the perfect time to strike. A lot of talent out there and you've survived the highly over paid first waive. But nope, we will wait another week or two.

You have to assume that these guys budgeted at least 11-12 million in an attempt to resign Quinn and about 5-6 for Cobb. You know they made some attempt to resign them.

So with that in mind it's patently ridiculous to me that these guys can't pivot away from that and adjust their strategy to use that money elsewhere once they sign with other teams.

They're just dragging their ass and screwing around as they do every year with no forward or strategic thinking.

It always seems like they have no plan b. "Hey we'll just resign player x and y and be fine" then when that doesn't happen they wait for the leftovers and sign jags and then wonder why the defense sucks

They are so paranoid of over paying that they don't even try until almost everyone else is done in free agency. At that point you aren't getting a bargain you're just getting trash and paying for it. As Micky would say, if no one else wants the guy there is a reason.

Not winning shit in a quarter century hasn’t hurt him a bit financially.

Why would he(Jerry) make a splash here and there to get better?
