Carr's stats and QBR have been pretty respectable the past few years playing on a bad team. With Dak supposedly turning down $33 mil and wanting more, I'm about done with this player who "doesn't play for the money." With endorsements etc he gets for being a Cowboy, he should be thrilled with $30-33 mil. I'm out. Franchise him and trade him if possible and get a Carr or similar QB and spend your money on making this defense killer. The Offense can be better and more consistent with the coaching it'll be getting.

I am sorry, with an active roster how it is, you can't just have some guy that comes into the game in the event you have a specific situation, i.e. a jump ball in goal line. He's not doing anything above what a fourth string WR would do.

It's easy to say screw the guy let's move on. But you have to replace him with another good QB. You can't just demarco murray him and expect to move on with Joseph randle.

I'm all for moving to a cheaper option if we could find a QB who is at least as good. But that's a huge 'if'.

It's the Redskins dilemma with Cousins. They didn't want to pay him and Minnesota did. Yes Minnesota overpaid him, but who is better off? Clearly Minnesota.
