I would never intentionally throw out a racial remark to anyone but I also feel I can’t be held liable to know every derogatory term in the world. I know there may sometimes when words that have multiple meanings in various cultures but what puzzles me is why anyone would think I would know the meaning and intent of something that is literally foreign to every other culture. I still have no idea what the term means in the elsewhere planet and I’m not sure I want to know. It something I try to avoid. The only other ways I have heard it used is with Jack Frost nipping at your nose and drunks nipping from a bottle.

Take "retard" for example, it replaced idiot which think replaced the word imbecile which I think replaced the word moron

He won’t get a standing ovation at our stadium when he runs onto the field for the first time.

I’ve had term retard thrown around at my feet a few times from certain individuals fairly recently. My take is that folks that express themselves in this manner just didn’t learn enough of the language to adequately describe their thought process. But it takes all kinds I guess.

He literally sucked the life out of the franchise for a decade and brought nothing but mediocrity, failure and misery.

I would hope the hate factor kicks in for anyone who respects the history of this franchise.
