One thing I do want to ask these backwards ass dumb MFers in Alabama is that if you are Pro-Life from the minute the dick hits the pussy, are you also about being on-board for the social programs that will definitely be needed to help these children have a fighting chance for the life you wonderful people granted them?

I don't think for a minute that most abortions are being done out of malice. There are few women that decide to just "murder babies". Most of the time it was not nearly as easy a decision as some people try to make it to be.

I would wager to say 9 times out of 10 it was to help erase a mistake.

And let's be honest here. The average American is stupid as fucking shit, so trying to hold them up to some sort of responsibility standard is really fucking dumb.

And once more, the ultimate question becomes what about these children that are born?

Free lunch for them? Medical care? How about higher taxes to help fund for this additional strain? No?

Otherwise you are flooding the country with more downtrodden.

I guess this probably part of the point. I think most of these pro-Lifers don't think beyond the issue itself.

There are consequences. But hey, let that be their problem, right?

Funny how one side calls themselves “Pro-life” and the other “Abortionists” while the other uses “Pro-choice” and “Zealots”...
Can someone explain why the ones that supposedly want government to interfere as little as possible in their life would want to give it such power over the toughest decision they’ll probably have to make?
i personally would never opt for it, but I’ll defend the right for everyone to make that decision for themselves.

That last part is it. It is a decision. It should be a decision.

And, to be clear, I do not support the idea of making a woman carry her rapist's baby to term.

Wait, that is a baby too. Or is it no longer a baby because of the circumstances of conception. That is just a hollow concession that is so rare it is barely even worth discussing. Same with when people add incest into it

Let me be very clear, there needs to be a timetable. No I do not think it should take months for someone to decide to end a pregnancy. I really don't even have a problem with the six week deal. I do have a problem with people pushing their version of morality on others. I have an even bigger problem with the close minded way nobody wants to discuss the consequences of that many dumb asses bringing kids into this world that are unwanted. If you want to be pro-life than answer the question what next. But nobody does.

What next? You know how long adoption waitlists are?

Notwithstanding whether I agree with the law, the driving force behind the law is that the government is saying if the parents or mother doesn’t wish to be the protector of a life they have created then the state will be the protector in their stead. What is really at issue is whether the newly created life is entitled to a protector.

So, Republicans hate black people so much they want more of them? What kind of idiocy is this line of thinking?

The decision was made to fuck, not to create a baby.
Actions have consequences we know. Well then they have to take that decision that no one would like to take, and if they actually like taking it, do you really think a baby should be put in their hands?

Do you really think a baby should be killed because of their negligence?

Reading that guy's feed and some of the threads... Mind-numbingly stupid comments everywhere. Where to even begin...

And he's a Stanford alum. This is how they're teaching kids to think now?

As stated I'm not one who would take that decision, but I'm also not going to force my view on anyone.
And if you want to really have a dialogue don't try and play the baby card, it's just as bad as the race card.

Baby
1. a very young child, especially one newly or recently born.

And it's not always negligence...

So, don't bring the point that is a living human being into a debate about whether or not that living human being dies or not? GTFOH

So for you when does it become a "living human being"?
From gestation?
Tell you what, cygots can be replanted, why don't all those opposing abortion line up, pay for the procedure and carry those babies to term?

I think the first time its heart beats is a sensible time point.

Fuck you. I'm not the one that got pregnant to begin with. It's not my mistake to "erase". This is quite possibly the stupidest thing I have ever heard on the subject.
