I mean really why are some so hellbent to absolve this officer with any bit of news released, I have never claimed Brown was totally innocent or did not charge the officer, the only reason I ever posted about it was because some were stating things as facts that were not.

I am serious what is the motivation to believe the officer is totally innocent especially those that were saying police were overly aggressive a few pages back before all this came out?

Absolve? I still think he was over the top and probably needs to lose his job at the very least.
