Yea and the best looking guy right now (Moore at Oregon) really needs another year anyway.

All of the guys projected as potential top 10ish picks this year have looked like varying degrees of ass.
Yeah the one year guys should all stay another year in my opinion. But just because they shouldn't doesn't mean they will.

I would love to get a guy who could sit for at least a season or two. It seems like it improves their odds of succeeding in the NFL.

I just want the right QB before Dak is done. If that guy can sit and learn? Awesome.
Aikman - no brainer #1 pick gift wrapped with purchase of the new team

Romo - UDFA discovered and molded by David Lee & Sean Payton, given the chance by a HC with balls

Dak - throwaway pick in the 4th after they lost out on the likes of Carson Wentz, Paxton Lynch, & Connor Cook in the same draft

I think we'd all love tonsee them take a pick in the 1st, even if they package a couple..maybe even a few of them to move up and get the right guy who could sit for at least a season and learn.

But they've historically taken the wing and a prayer approach at QB, so the confidence in it happening just isn't there.

Plus Jerry wants that dopamine hit quick and early. I doubt he'd spend those resources to wait for a guy to bloom for a year or so.

Remember when you had to be a failed baseball player to have a chance to be the Dallas QB?
