Made it through the entire 2:15 and one guy I don't think you ever mentioned at 12 (or even a little lower) was Warren. I know how Simp feels, but @boozemun?

Proud board moment.

We have all matured on this site. That was a perfect softball and it took just over 2 hours for some contact. Years ago that would have been answered within 15 mins.

We're starting to grow up.

I was worried there for a few years.

FWIW and JMO and all that... but maybe y'all should give this more of a go. Looking around and watching some of the podcasts, they're 100% cheerleading basically everything. Even people who were negative during the season have the pompons out.

And I get it, that's probably what most fans want to hear. But there must be an audience out there of people who realize that Booker isn't guaranteed to be the next Larry Allen and Blue isn't the next Tony Dorsett.

Definitely happy to do a post-draft edition, although I think the class is really good, not elite, but I don't have a whole lot of negative to say about it.

There are of course risks and downsides with certain players (i.e. Blue's fumbles), plus of course the whole WR situation, but overall I'm definitely more positive than negative.

I am in the same boat. The picks mostly made sense and there was a good bit of value if you take stock in consensus ratings.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying anyone should be negative just for the sake of being negative or that they shouldn't be honest. Just that wow, some of these shows are syrupy sweet. I almost feel like tears of joy are about to flow from them all complimenting these players to the hilt.

Yea fuck that, it could've been better even if it was generally good.

Yeah, I mean you can always go back and still look at the picks and who was available and judge the picks and who we would have taken instead. Obviously a lot of us talked about McMillan at 12. On draft day it wasn't really an option. Reports are Dallas would have taken McMillan, so obviously they didn't think Golden and McMillan were as close as we did. And hell, Golden didn't even go until after Egbuka, so maybe we were higher on Golden than NFL teams were.

Doesn't mean I'm wrong on Golden. We will find out over the next few years. Same with Egbuka in Tampa. My opinion in general is just that our scouts kind of suck at scouting WRs. They are only capable of drafting good ones when there is an obvious top talent who falls in our lap.
