At this stage, if the Cowboys simply added a strong cap guru in their front office, it would work wonders.

But instead we have to have Goof Son being comfortable with some Arky dipshit who is completely unqualified.

For everyone that does not know, the Cowboys Cap Guy is this person:

And here is his resume:

That's it. That's his resume.

Fine...I am sure he was educated in college for this sort of thing.

Nope.

This is a big fat ass problem.
Guy is probably siphoning money to Kenneth Copeland.

Switched schools. That's a red flag if you're not an athlete. Shockingly bald for his age, too.

He majored in mechanical engineering? How does that qualify someone for managing contracts and a salary cap? Good God.

As an aside, I switched schools and it is definitely a red flag.

He's in his mid 40s though, that's not unusual for baldness.

Wait. He went from a waiter and equipment manager to director of salary cap/contracts?

Jesus fucking Christ. :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol
I could not believe it either. And he has absolutely ZERO practical accounting experience. I felt like the crazy pills kicked in with the jump from server to director level.

I mean if you go from like a low tier school to a much better one I guess I get that. Like hey get your early credits on the cheap and then pay out the ass for fewer years. But this is coming from a guy who did his entire undergraduate at one school and his law school at one school. I never even thought about transferring.

With that being said, no idea what qualifies this guy. You'd think someone with a law degree or economics would make more sense. I assume mechanical engineering at least means the dude is good at math and numbers? But I don't really know. He just does Stephen's bidding regardless.

My sister quit law school (U. of Wisconsin) after two years. She's now a CPA. :doh
I know people who I graduated law school with that ended up doing stuff like that. Becoming a lawyer sounds awesome but if you can't get the job in the legal field you wanted, lots of people move on to a different job. And honestly the life of a lawyer can be overwhelmingly stressful at times.

Heard an interview from Fassel not too long ago and this is true. Evidently its not just a one time ask. He made it sound like Parsons is quite adamant about doing it.

I would rather put him at rb for a few plays a game.
If things don’t break right in the draft, you might get your wish. I mean, if they are going to pay him all that money, he might as well earn it.

I'm sure he would do well. But if we are going to bitch about him wearing down, the last thing he needs to do is take on more roles. Just focus on LBer/DE.
