This cuts off the guy that Edoga was focused on blocking. There was a guy on the inside Edoga was trying to pick up, but if I remember correctly the defender was sort of half heartedly rushing. Linemen are supposed to take the more inside guy if they have to choose.

Edoga was wrong here because he should have stayed on Chubb but I don't think he was crazy.

The one Tyler got called for was borderline, and he's an all pro type player, not some scrub. Micah gets held way worse multiple times every game.

I think I hit my breaking point on this. You hate to go there on ref blaming, but this is so blatant that something is obviously going on besides "missed calls."

He's drawn only 6 holding calls on 713 snaps on the year, a rate of 0.8%. Yeah, totally believable the league's best EDGE rusher and previous DPotY is only getting held at that rate. This is a problem all elite EDGE rushers have, but it's pathetic seeing the NFL's indifference. Gotta protect that QB play!

Im sure that is 6 more than Micah.

There's a Myles Garrett holding tracker on Twitter too. It's not just Parsons I'm sure. But what's the point of having an elite edge rusher then? And as Geng pointed out, we get at least one ticky tack holding call against us every game. We don't even get the benefit of those, or haven't for the last five games.
