I'm fairly certain they would have taken a more aggressive approach to scoring TDs if they were playing a team with a high octane offense.

Part of what makes a QB good is knowing how to balance risk/reward.

I would call it less fortune and more understanding of circumstances.

I'm loving this team so far, but the thing keeping me from homering out is the knowledge that we won't truly know if this team is different until January. That's been the real hurdle the past couple decades. They've already won a bunch in the regular season before and it didn't translate in the playoffs.

The only legit failure you could possibly be referencing is when we got stopped from the one yard line and I agree. Those 3 plays were just pure failure.

Great point. Shit, that was only last week, and people have already forgotten. The Bills should have had that game in hand easily. But instead, decided to keep slinging it around and it bit them in the ass hard.

That was the only way the Jets win that game and Josh Allen and the Bills blew it. Not some scrub QB but one that nearly everyone ranks higher than Dak. So don't give me some, well if Dak was any good we would have chucked the ball around more. We just won easily by 3 scores and somehow we didn't do enough passing the ball to please some.

Some people just try so hard to hate Dak. There will be games for that, like every QB, this wasn't one.

And yeah they obviously wanted to score TDs, but (A) the Jets have a good defense especially in the red zone and helped prevent it, and (B) they realized the conservative approach was more likely to avoid turnovers and produce a victory.

And there are idiots saying Dak had a poor game? Please.

Just realized, based on those stats Dak had an 81.5 completion percentage against a great defense. That's crazy. The WCO definitely lends itself towards easy opportunities in the passing game.

We don't know how it would have played out either way. Fortunately we didn't have to find out and were smart enough not to try it just for the sake of putting bbgun's mind at ease.

I'm not a fan of propaganda. Sue me. I look forward to a game where Dak is not incidental to the victory.
