The dude killed someone fairly recently, yet he does not have the resolve to stay away from weed or alcohol.

We knew he "didn't have the resolve" to stay away from alcohol when he was called in for drinking while on supervision a couple weeks ago.

I'm saying if the weed usage was at the same time, then this doesn't change anything. At least not in my book. It was a failure at the same time.
