Harris has no awareness as a punt returner this year. He's had a handful of fielded punts this year just like that where he doesn't call fair catch when he should.

What has happened to this guy?

He has kind of got a little fat and happy. Needs to be taken down a peg or two.

Put the Shrimp back there. He can do what Harris did there, which is zero.
