Week 6 Gameday Chatter | Cowboys vs. Packers | 10/16/2016

Shouldn't have to waste a timeout there.

If we aren't certain of what to do there, it's because we're probably trying to get too cute.

This is where we go back to run and try to establish it again.

If I had one critique of the guy, it's that -- he far too often ends up a yard short of the marker.

He's got to get better depth than that, but after all these years, I seriously doubt it's something that's going to change.

It's like his weekly penalty. You just take the good with the bad.

Dak has the pocket awareness of a 10 year vet. Love how he just slides around, keeps his eyes downfield and goes through his reads.

All of a sudden, Williams can catch.

/contract year

Did you see on the replay....he tried to catch it with his hands, instead of body catching it like he normally does, and ended up bobbling the ball.

And, there it is.

Or maybe he's playing with a QB who hasnt lost confidence in him yet so he knows he'll see some balls. Romo used to completely ignore him for full games.

Beasley TD catch is slightly more obvious than Dez' that he caught ball in full stride and transitioned football into stretch dive.

I'm guessing officials like Beasley more then Dez. I always wonder if refs have personal biases with certain players.

The "clock" in his head needs to speed up a bit, though.

Sending Zeke in motion quite a bit. Definitely different from previous games.

What was that cute crap?

Come on guys....cut the BS and run the ball.

And then they go with the obvious shotgun draw on 2nd and 10.

Guys....go back to what got us here.

It's not that hard.

Feels like we're getting too far away from the run. Someone needs to get back to our core values.
