It's kinda hard for your CBs to maintain coverage when the QB could read a newspaper before throwing the fucking ball.

Ah, ok.

I didn't know the exact details of that rule, but I knew it wasn't just a simple you lose 10 yards from the spot of the foul kinda deal.

Now I know exactly how it works. Props.
