The offense kept the team in the game until the end and when it came time to shut the Saints down after a regulation time out rest, it only took two plays to drive the field. The offense wasn't given a chance to try to win it outright.

Look at the box score. Weedin had no interceptions and in fact had a slightly better rating than Brees. When it came to crunch time the defense collapsed. You can't expect that the offense is going to be world beaters without Romo and Bryant but the offense didn't make mistakes that cost them the game. They were low production but adequate. In no way we're they responsible for the loss.

He did have good stats, but as I have stated in the thread our run game sucks. Weeden was on...I could give 2 shits what his QBR was.

QB rating. Is there a more useless stat?

Weeden and his 108 rating this year make Troy Aikman and his career 81.6 look downright pedestrian.

This Draft Kings & Fan Duel Daily Fantasy Sports crap is way out of control. Their advertising campaign is as aggressive as any I've ever seen. The degree to which it has infiltrated traditional season long fantasy sports coverage is really sickening. It is being pushed unbelievably hard not only there but more and more through TV ads, NFL broadcasts, etc. It is nothing more than petty sports gambling and I wish it would just go away.

Hopefully they have to divert some of their advertising budget to legal fees very soon
