I agree, just afraid that they try him in a limited role and then give up on him.

Well that's the problem. If he only gets a few carries and they are in short yardage situations or the blocking isn't good on them, he may not get many yards. It's really hard to judge a RB based on a really small sample size.

Again, I agree, which is why I'm worried about that type of scenario.

Yeah. Getting that feeling as well. All the talk of Brees being done will have to wait a week.
