It's not logical. Cuz if Julio bobbles the ball after he was 'touched down', the refs would've ruled incomplete.

But then, how you can you be touched down if you didn't have possession?

Of course it's not logical. By rule, if he is touched going to the ground he is then down by contact when his knee or elbow hits the ground. But, if you have to "make a football move" or "establish possession all the way to the ground" before it's considered a catch, then how can the down by contact count? Because technically it's not a catch yet. It's asinine the way the rules read.
 
I can't believe how many people keep talking about the Saints as if they are this team who have just had a down season or whatever.

They simply aren't a good team anymore and recent seasons prove that.
