3rd and 10 I get it. But with only 4 yards to go why not make them respect the run? Pretty sure we are averaging that much or more per carry. Plus it may be one of the rare instances that Murray is going against a 7 man front.

Hell it's a great spot for play action as well!

Neither does Manning. That is one of the hardest NFL throws to make. You just don't put your QB in that position to have to make that throw.

Fair point. It basically limits the options and is one of the worst sets to run a play out of unless you have multiple playmakers.

Dallas running an empty set is just intellectual arrogance that is so sadly unfounded it is sad.

There is one guy that scares anyone.
