It's easier because there are more elite WR prospects than TE's on average but Mayer is in that class and likely a better prospect than any WR in this class except Addison and maybe Johnston.
Yeah I haven't spent enough time with this class yet to form a real opinion on the specific players. I guess that's the benefit of having a good NFL team with legit chances this year. I haven't checked out and moved onto the draft yet.
But just a general opinion. TE's in the first rarely get me excited. But like I said, if you can get me a starting caliber WR in a TE's body in the first I'm open to it. They are just rare to find.
