Question: Are those shows you watch by yourselves or with the Mrs.?

My wife cant stand the violence so she basically doesnt watch anything with me anymore.

Same here. Seems the older we get, the further our tastes in TV and movies moves apart.

My wife does like "Dateline", so maybe you're right.

I was talking about the Yellowstone thing.

My wife actually really got into Yellowstone so we watch together most of the time. But we were late to the party so we both were catching up so sometimes we caught episodes separate from each other. We don't have time to both binge with the kids running around.

How many of you were able to watch House of Dragons? That was irritating trying to start it from the HBO Max app. Took 30 minutes of trying before I read it was bugged and had to make a new profile to watch.

I watched the Manti Te'o Netflix documentary last night. I thought it was well done and I walked away rooting for Manti.

I still think he was a bit too naïve but to his credit when he first started communicating with the fake girlfriend, he did reach out to his friends and family members and asked them if they knew a Lennay (the fake girlfriend), and they all confirmed they knew her.

It was a nice little trip down memory lane and cleared up a lot of things surrounding one of the weirdest stories in sports history.

The GoT prequel bought a week with me. It was okay, will have to see how it goes.

I liked it but it's not GOT when I first watched it. But that's a very high standard. We shall see I guess.

I enjoyed it as well and even watched it a second time the next day. :geek

Yeah I've thought about doing the same. It's the type of show that I think you miss stuff if you're not paying attention. Plus some of the scenes are pretty fun. I'll probably watch it again this week when everyone else is sleeping in my house and I've got nothing to watch.

Enjoying The Patient so far. Weird seeing Carell play such a low-key guy.

Yep. I watched it last night thinking that it wasn't a week to week back to back half hour thing.

But still good.

Domhall Gleeson (the guy that played in the new Star Wars as General Hux) carries it.

It is intriguing.

20 minutes per ep. Perfect for my short attention span.
I am exactly the same way. A lot of what we watch is really full of filler, meaningless drivel at the end of it all.

Sometimes when someone suggests a show, I ask how long it is.

A half an hour is perfect. And if a movie, an hour and a half.

I'll sit down and watch Lonesome Dove or Roots from start to finish.
