Another good TWD episode.

Things are starting to pick up.

Great episode...I like the smaller episodes.

The series finale wasn't some epic piece of TV like Breaking Bad, but Eastbound is done. Great show from start to finish.

Finally finished The Following...damn, that was a good show.

Lots of followers out there...I was hoping Roderick was going to take over.

Just saw the commercial for season 2. Apparently they are playing the "Joe Carroll faked his death" angle.

That could suck.

For those with DirecTV, they are supposedly having a free preview weekend of HBO, Starz and Cinemax running from Nov. 25 through Dec. 1

The Walking Dead is literally the worst god damn show ever, how many episodes have they spent to basically bring us back to the exact same scenario that last season was built around?

The majority of last season was built around Rick's group vs. The Governor's group feuding for one reason or another with various ancillary things going on around it, with the payoff being an eventual showdown, and now we're halfway through this season and where do we find ourselves?

With The Governor's group vs. Rick's group with a few other ancillary things going on around it with what I'd assume to be some sort of showdown at some point.

Great, captivating plot right there.

There is a budding romance between two lesbian hotties though so that's something.

To be honest...I like the build up to get where it is now.

To be honest...I like the build up to get where it is now.

I like it, too. It's not like the prison group is the only people left. To see other groups adds to the story, imo.

And it only makes sense to show how the Governor gets another group big enough to threaten the prison. It's not like he could seriously attack it by himself after slaughtering his Woodbury group. If he just showed up with a bunch of other people, it would have been pretty stupid.

Also, I like the dramatic buildup of Rick banishing Carol, then seeing nothing about it's repercussions for a couple weeks. Keeps people guessing.

I'm not going to sit here and act like I expect a show about zombies to have the nuance of Mad Men or something, but come on, they're basically just repeating storylines with cosmetic changes.

A huge deal was made out of Shane making a run to get the meds to save Carl, what did they spend several episodes on this season?

Darryl, Michonne, Cutty and such making a run for meds to save the sick in the prison.

Last season was centered around the two groups being at odds and now what did they make painfully obvious last night?

The two groups will be at odds again over basically the exact same damn thing.

The surrounding details like Carol being banished, Shane killing that dude to save himself, the way Herschel saved the sick and such are cool but come on, let's get some sort of original plot going here.

They killed off Brian on Family Guy. :sad

There's supposed to be a new dog taking his place.
