Well, 9 year old me would have been pissed at Netflix's He-Man series.

There was barely any He-Man or Skeletor in part 1 (5 episodes). The entire storyline is built around Teela and her group of avengers.

Kevin Smith is catching a bunch of heat because true He-Man fans are pissed.

I lost interest halfway through episode 1.

I think a lot of the lost interest is due to our age. One of the few animated series from my childhood that I still enjoy as much as I did as a kid is the Batman Animated series.

I even bought the DVD box set a few years ago. It's on HBO Max now, so I'll watch episodes on there as well.
