What about Biden just a few days ago saying "The debate is over and now it's time to put Trump in the bullseye"?

I mean, I'm not saying that means Biden wanted this to happen, but imagine if the shoe were on the other foot.

I’ll say one thing about Trump, if nothing else, he has perfect instincts when it comes to selling the moment.

I’ve never seen anything like it. Mfer was concerned about getting his shoes, then playing to the crowd.

Natural born politician.

That image of him raising his fist yelling "fight" with a bloody face is going to live on forever.

No money in the world could have bought him a more perfect opportunity.

But going beyond a presidential race or the current state of American politics, it's a historic moment -- we lived to experience an assassination attempt on a US president.

And the images that followed, specifically the one I just described, will be something you'll see on the cover of Time magazine 50 years from now.

What a moment.

Regardless of what happens after today, I hope some heads roll over how the threat was neutralized long after it was pointed out by the fucking general public!! All while continuing to let an ex president/presidential candidate continue to stand out in the open in harms way. SS snipers even acquired target, then waited to act until AFTER shots were fired. Unfuckingbelievable.

This is unacceptable regardless of what political party is involved. The actions of the secret service today clearly have invited severe scrutiny. I find it hard to believe this could be just chalked up to mistakes and incompetence. This smacks of insider knowledge and/or conspiracy. And I am far from a conspiracy theorist. Not clearing Trump from the stage the INSTANT the first suspicion was raised makes this all too suspicious.

That's another reason I'm confused by that video of the snipers. It looks like they were looking in the exact direction of the shooter before the shots even went off. Am I wrong on that?

I'm obviously no sniper, but I read the shooter was only 125 yards away. That's not very far for a rifle. You can see that even with the naked eye. How did those snipers not see that especially when it appears they were looking in the right direction?
 
 
 


The worst part is how incompetent the SS agents looked, from guys with man buns to clueless women who struggle to holster their weapon but are damn good at adjusting their sunglasses during the panic.
