The Redskins had this game in the bag at halftime.

They've got some dysfunction.

And a lot of it revolves around...oh...I dunno...people figured out the gimmick.
 
Is it just me or do the announcers keep making a big deal about how much punishment Griffin is taking?

Every play is he has been "hammered".

Even on plays where he jumped into the air and got bumped to the turf.
 
Jeez.

Watching the NFLN recap, you could easily swear that there was no attempt to give the Vikings any credit for their win.

Ratface and RGIII not liking each other doesn't help matters, either.
 
I didn't watch the game but read that Minny stopped the Slurs on the 4 to preserve the victory. Did the Slurs have a first and goal situation and didn't convert? With RGIII? Again, I don't know how it went down, only that they failed. But he's supposed to be the kind of guy that you aren't really going to be able to stop in a situation like that. Nobody is going to get it done 100% of the time I guess but the fanbase and organization have to be disappointed that he came up short against a pretty crappy Vikings team.

Yeah, they pretty much shit the bed. They gave up a nice lead then really showed their ass taking over with nearly 3:00 to go. Thing is, they wasted all of their timeouts, so they could not just run it down the field. Minny even stopped the clock for them with over a minute left.

They had their chances at the end.

I stated earlier in the season that Griffin would get so beat up he will be on the bench in two years. Another example that College dazzle cannot survive the NFL. That is why I cannot get excited about Manzeil.

It's got less to do with the player and more to do with the offense. The more you put your QB in harms way, the more risk he is for injury. The Skins get what they deserve with continuing to use the read option. Manziel will come here and be a Romo like pocket passer who can get out of the pocket when needed. Everytime he runs it will be improvised, not as part of the gameplan.
