I've hired a lot of women over the years. No idea why but those are the facts. Women seem easier to work with in some ways. My new CEO is a man, so that's nice.

I found out today that one of my managers went behind my back and applied for another position in the company.

I get this very gay email from this poof with too many exclamation marks telling me he was so excited to have her on her team and was like "just let me know when you are ready to release her on her new journey!".

This was a broad I brought into my company from the shitty ass Chinese shithole I left her at.

I tugged her in and this is loyalty I get?

Pissed me off so bad, I left work early.

I had someone in my pocket already. He is someone that I have known professionally for a long time. He was working in a consultative role for the last 4 months. The 4 months was on a trial basis so we could see how we worked together. I had him and another candidate in mind. He called me up a few days ago and let me know he is willing to come the 1st of May. I'm terrified about this entire thing since this is my baby since day one. The fact is, I am an entrepreneur at heart but not so much a CEO, which I have been functioning as for a long time. It is fine up to a certain point but we have grown substantially and I can only work so much. This will free me up to do what I'm good at. It is all pretty amazing considering I was broke 5-6 years ago.
