It's 100% legal if you can prove how they are vital to the business (top salesman, etc) but if you don't have any "insurable interest" it is definitely not legal.

I take my life insurance licensing test today at 11. I haven't studied as hard for this one. I'm not sure why. Maybe it's because only 1% of the sales/consultations are life vs home/auto. Or maybe I just am ready to go to work and pass or fail I go to work starting tomorrow. I hope I pass it so it will be over and done with, but it's not the end of the world if I don't.
 
Scored an 87 on my final practice test. The should make me feel good, but I scored a 97 on my final practice for the P&C test and ended up with an 84, so, I'm a little more nervous now. :lol

I’m having to go to a couple of days of Farmers-specific insurance training. Holy fuck the woman I have today is annoying as shit. One of those that ask the room questions.

“How much life insurance coverage do you think you will need if you make 50k a year?” ~looks around the room obviously waiting for some fool to answer~ and then, “Nope! That’s not even close!”
