Well, just finished my second interview for this job I am wanting. They through me a little bit of a curveball and had a second director sit in on the interview. I also applied for a position in her division of the same department, so she saved on a phone call screening interview. I thought it went well. But, I haven't interviewed for a job in 25 years, so it's kinda hard to say. The interview ran 40 mins long. So, do you guys think that is a good thing or a bad thing?

Nobody wastes 45 minutes in an interview unless they are just filling out spots on their calendar.

I stop short whenever possible.

I got my annual review today and it was just golden.

Hottie boss seems to have gotten over her feminine issues and now loooves me.

But, the raise went from 3 percent to 2.5 and she totally fucking A.I.ed her response to my A.I. self evaluation.

I do not know where to go from here.
