I would gladly let them use my personal cell to contact me if it means I don't have to carry two phones anymore. F'n A that is annoying.
 
Rough day today, got to get medicated first, but I have a story or two…
 
So...alright here goes.

Without any back story, here are facts first.

We have an associate who has clearly demonstrated an inability to work safe.

She (confirmed) has eight recorded safety violations that have been held against her. She has repeatedly put both herself and others in literal mortal peril with incidents that clearly show carelessness.

The corrective action process is pure. Short conversation. Policy, nothing personal but okbai.

However, as I was ready to drop the hammer, she goes all into how all y'all gonna pay uh huh just my manager raped me and I has tha proof.

I felt like my life was ending...I am in fucking hell.

After nearly two hours of hysterics, I am still disgusted.

That's a proper shit show.

Regardless of if it's true or not, it doesn't mean she can be unsafe in performing her job.

BTW…rumor on the streets is that she is also responsible for the pepper spray incident at the child dance studio that got took over for mommas nite. We cuz all twerking ya nah uh sayin all us quuens and this bitch show up in all that.

currently I am back to dealing with our employee who is a Trans female. Well they finally decided to present as their female persona and the “progressive” club I work for suddenly realized how conservative we stil are in many ways. Meetings all day yesterday and today dealing with people needing to be ok with which bathroom this individual uses and that they aren’t using this to try to rape all the biological females in the building.

Yeah, this was reported last week when she was on PTO.
